These tablets have a great balance between Vit D and calcium. They do not have amounts over the daily recommendation, which means they are quite safe for you – especially in some kind of diets and when trying to boost vit D when also taking a multi-vit. The tablets are smaller than a multi-vitamin supplement and they feel as any other supplement tablet. Great, I would recommend them. Haha, please just avoid the clearly fake, one-line reviews, from here. – Hope it helps.
