Good for health
by CtrlAltDel
An elderly family member has been using these. She’s in overall good health and says these pills are easy to swallow and is convinced they’re helping to maintain her energy levels. She’s not impressed that you have to take 3 a day though. She takes a range of other vitamins too so it’s hard to pinpoint what these are doing but her health is good so her daily regime must be working.
4 stars because they’re good but the 3-a-day portion makes them quite pricey.

I have only started using this product but have been using other Igennus supplements for quite a while. I have often had webchats with the in-house nutritionists. They answer all my questions and are always available. I cannot fault the level of customer service. The quality of their products are second to none. No nasty fillers either. Made in the UK too.

I feel ok after taken it!

It’s good to keep your calcium and magnesium levels up as you get older to guard against osteoporosis and arthritis and this supplement is idea because it also contains Vitamin D3 (important when there’s no sunshine), K2 and Boron. However each capsule doesn’t contain a huge amount and the recommended dosage is 3 per day, taken at regular intervals to ensure maximum absorption. You do have to read the tiny writing on the bottle to get this information so if you’re getting on a bit, like me, it’s time to get the reading glasses out! The other thing about taking 3 per day is actually remembering to do it, especially as I tend to take all my vitamins at once in the morning with breakfast. I guess one a day is better than nothing. You get 90 capsules in the jar at a cost of £14, so that’s only 1 month’s supply at 3 a day. Not particularly good value. However they are gluten free and vegan so that’s good.

Calcium and magnesium tablets.
I take these tablets mainly for the magnesium effect against cramps.
Then as I don’t drink milk nor eat cheese, i need some calcium supplements and found these combined tablets very convenient.
The daily dosage is 3 tablet at regular intervals for most efficient absorption.
I have an alarm set so not to miss it, however I don’t think it would be a problem to do so or take 2 tablets together.
A bit early to comment on results, but so far no cramps and my bones are.
