The labelling is wrong on this item.
It does only contain 5mg of Iron not 20mg.
Still gives you stomach pains as well!

What is going on this arrived in an open ended cardboard cover. When I went to open it I found the seal of the jar had already been broken and the it appeared to be
over half empty. With no assurances the pills inside are what they claim to be i am unwilling to take any of them. I am very dissatisfied

I bought this because it says 20mg of iron. I’d like them to explain why it says 20mg when it’s only 5mg. I’m returning whats a waste of time stupid. Is this even allowed….

In fairness o Bulk Powders the label n the back does say that this is only 36% of the daily requirement of iron (but I didn’t read all of the small print) and the company representative I spoke with was helpful and did clarify the details…but I think that the labeling on the front of the product is quite misleading as this product cobtains only 5mg of elemental iron (hence the 36% RDA) and not 20mg. The RDA of elemental iron (for menstrating women) is 14mg. Other products advertised as 20mg have got 20mg of elemental iron and are 147% of RDA.
So if you’re only looking for a ‘top up’ product this would be fine but for something that gives you your RDA this wouldn’t be sufficient as a one per day
