Read before you buy and research. I have been using this product for 3 years and have 3 tablespoons a day altogether in a shot glass. Have no problems with my mouth, throat, or stomach and didn’t get corvid. If you don’t swallow quickly you will have a taste in your mouth so have a glass handy. I don’t have side effects… It is not a medical miracle. But I will say after having kidney stones my flow was not strong for years. Then I started on this and after about 3 months I just noticed and then that was that. It just could be me but it did help me.

So I’m actually allergic to the sulphates in this.
If anyone else is having stomach issues after consuming apple cider vinegar, that will most likely be why.
Its a shame as I’ve heard it has many benefits but it just didn’t suit me.
