My daughter has been taking this for several months now for migraines with aura. She also takes magnesium and co-enzyme q10 as suggested by migraine studies. After about a month the migraines were a lot less severe and lasted shorter times. Now they are getting less frequent. We will continue with this mix and hope they go completely.
