Used frequently and helps to relax before bed. Was suggested to help with sore eyes and has helped to alleviate the issue. Also useful way to assign some reflection/ meditation time before bed.

Exactly as product description. 4 stars only because it would be better if it retained heat a little longer. Usually get 10mins use per 1min 30sec heating, but bag is not very hot by the end.

This mask is the best treatment I have found,and I have tried many,for relieving severe melbomian gland dysfunction.After several days the problem started to feel much better.I will have to use continually but 10 minutes a day is nothing to havel comfortable eyes.Easy to use great value for money.Wish i’de found it sooner
