I have iron anaemia and I cannot take iron tablets as my stomach doesnt tolerate. My iron levels went from 6 to 8 in one month, it might not seem a lot but this is the only thing I can take. I would recommend it for people with stomach issues and iron tablets

I take this for restless legs, taste is good and so far it has helped. I also like that it doesn’t have a ridiculous RDA% like other supplements.
