These upped my B12 levels in my blood (according to doc’s blood tests) so it does what it says on the tin.
However, I can’t say I felt any better or different on it even though I was very “low” according to the Docs before. You should also be aware if you supplement with B12 you MUST supplement with folate at the same time as the two are associated and taking one can reduce the other even more (and cover over deficiencies in either). Docs will rarely tell you this which I think is very remiss of them as they only look at one vitamin deficiency in isolation.
I felt much better, instantly more energy, by having a good Vit B complex instead of just trying to up the B12 alone.

I rely on this spray to keep my B12 up to scratch as I have a slight deficiency. I like the spray as it’s easy to take. I find this is the best value for money.

I bought this to try and stop the lull I get before my next is due. I chose something very high dose as I don’t absorb B12 properly. Only just started using it but I think I can feel a boost in energy with it. The taste is a bit, blurgh, quite sour, but manageable.

Blood test confirmed B12 deficiency. Was a long wait before my appointment with nurse for the B12 injection so took it upon myself to search for some thing to help in the mean time. As I suffer with IBS taking tablets causes stomach issues so opted for the spray. With the good reviews and great price I purchased this. I had to have more bloods taken one week before my first injection was due, I had been taking the spray for only 2 weeks. My levels had shot right up! GP and nurse were amazed! They cancelled my injections advising me to stay on the spray and to re check bloods in 3 months. Fantastic!

I was recommended this product and read the reviews on Amazon so decided to purchase. I’ve been using it over a year now and subscribe this product. I feel it helps with my energy levels and do notice a difference when I don’t use it.

So far I find it has helped give me a bit of a boost, I use it everyday and I will continue to use it. It is red in colour so do be careful that you do spray it into your mouth and not on your face. Has a nice mild flavour

The flavour isn’t that bad and taste does not linger . I read complaints about labels being put over instruction, company has took notice of this there was no label on mine and clear instruction on use. I only started it today .I was on injection for several years they took me off them as blood test showed normal levels and again tested me 6 months later normal again its now been 1yr and I’m getting tired again irritable and low mood plus struggling with eating food that provides b12 such as red meat eggs and dairy as i have gallstone and can not eat fish .I will update in one wk to let you know if it start to make a difference
