This doesn’t seem to have the same effect as other ashwagandha products that I’ve used in the past. I suppose that’s to be expected at this price point

Swallowed with juice, nonreal taste and didn’t get stuck to my throat.
After 4-5 days I definitely noticed a change in energy and mood, more bounce in my step. After finishing the bag I will take a break for a week or two and see what changes but at the moment I’m very pleased with the results and at twona day I’ve had no negative side effects

Easy to swallow… Wouldn’t leave in mouth too long as not exactly great tasting. Have started a regime of supplements so don’t know exact effectiveness of these , but have felt more vital and energetic .

So I’ve been using these pretty consistently for the last two weeks and I’m very surprised at how well they work.
I’ve got ADHD, anxiety & depression but I can say my symptoms have definitely subsided or less emphasised since taking them. Im more of a morning person now & im a woman but my libido has increased x6. It’s like that part of my body is on a different vibration to the rest.
Im more focused in general & things I usually worry about, I find myself worrying less about.
Maybe I’ll try a tea version next time to see how it works, any suggestions of tea supplements please drop me a message/email

What effect do these have?
Well they make you write weird titles for a start!
I got exactly 180 tablets, all of the same kind, so now I can’t complain about any thing like that darn it.
Ok seriously these perk me up a bit and I can definitely feel the effect shortly after taking one. It’s not unlike St John’s Wort or an antidepressant tablet but I think this has a better balance of effect that I feel mostly in my head or brain.
I haven’t been taking these for long and this is the first Ashwaganda I have tried but it definitely has my attention and I will probably now try some other brands to see if there is any noticeable difference but happy that I like these already and frankly wish I had tried them years ago. I now feel t was a big mistake not to have done.
I did try a few Maca Root tablet varieties and got absolutely nothing from those so a complete waste of time but straight away I find this Ashwaganda has a positive effect. I actually suffer from chronic fatigue which means I sleep a lot easily but never feel rested afterwards but I think I am feeling a bit more rested and regenerated already with these which is potentially very wonderful. I also suffer some regular boughts of very deep depression and I am really hoping I can ditch the valium for this instead. My Dr has never heard of Ashwaganda? I think I’ve got the wrong GP.
The only thing that upsets me about these is that I did not start using them shortly after birth!
