I get terrible hayfever through spring/summer and loratadine/cetrizine don’t really do a lot for me other than causing headaches. So i tried this Fexofenadine last year and it works within hours where i have very few symptoms (maybe just a mild runny nose at times). Would definitely recommend trying these.
However, they are kind of expensive… i will give 5/5 for the fact it actually works though, and i guess i will be taking these every year for hayfever now.

My doc recommended these to me. I suffer from allergies from cat hair, hayfever, dust, sometimes my skins flares up! This has fixed it! Perfect!

Really helped my son with his hayfever. Better than other brands he had tried.

Fexofenadine antihistamine , non drowsy.
This is easy to take, is reliable and has relatively few side effects.
It is designed as a one a day tablet but I find that I need to take two a day as it only lasts around 10-12 hours.
If it’s a really bad day with a very high pollen count I find that I can take a cetirizine as well as this and that seems to work., when just taking one type wouldn’t.
It doesn’t get to work as quickly as Benadryl which works in around 20/30 minutes so I find iis good to take for the three am attacks of sneezing and running nose.
A few warnings, it can cause a dry mouth as it reduces salvia production, it can make you drowsy if you drink alcohol while taking it.
Drinking orange, apple and grapefruit juice make side effects like drowsiness more likely.
This is the strongest antihistamine you can buy, it used to be prescription only and is designed to help with debilitating hayfever – if you have it bad you know how miserable it is- your nose runs as freely as a tap, eyes so itchy you can’t see, throat like a fire place, coughing like you have the plague, headache, waking in the early hours as the “pollen shower” from the previous day descends, horrendous and inescapable every summer.
It works for most people but for some it doesn’t do much, so it is trial and error and I would suggest if you are taking this for the first time try a small pack size to see if it works for you.
The new guidelines to save the nhs money have excluded some “ minor “ conditions like hay fever ( no matter how bad your symptoms and how debilitating it is ) from what can be prescribed, the good news is that fexofenadine can now be bought on the shelf for the first time as a result of this and for me it is cheaper than a cost of a prescription.
Save and subscribe knocks the price down a little more too.

Since a child (I’m now mid 30’s) I have suffered badly with hayfever in the months of June and July. It absolutely ruined my summers, impacted exams at school, I could never sleep, and felt like a zombie for months. It was awful. These tablets used to be prescription only in the uk from doctors, and hard to get. One doctor once told me I’d only get them if I was in hospital with my allergies. This year they have released them in pharmacy’s, I don’t know why they held them back and wouldn’t let the public buy them before now. THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. I’m shouting about these tablets to everyone. They have completely changed my life and allowed me to have a summer. I’ve gone from having now doors or windows ever open, not going out on weekends and living in front of my dyson air filter fan to going to hardly having hayfever at all. Now I go to outdoor festivals, I’ve been camping in fields! All I get is a runny nose first thing in the morning as I find the tablets take about an hour to kick in, and the effects have worn off from the ones I took 24hrs before. But apart from that first hour of the day, I’m basically hayfever free. It’s amazing. These tablets have changed my life

Purchased this for my son who has quite debilitating hay fever. This tablet is extremely effective and he wouldn’t use anything else now. It’s more expensive than other remedies but is worth it.

These are the best for allergy relief full stop.
Not cheap but if you have to be sneeze free at work they’re worth it.
