Was comfortable although does need a tiny bit of Vaseline to stop the inside skin of nose becoming sore! Great value for money, cheaper than a nose job and I’ve had 2 to try and widen my sinus’s, but this works brilliantly at holding the nasal passage open so that air can pass easily in and out, easy to clean, great investment

Got this for my daughter, the one she located on Amazon. How ever it was a real disappointment due to her nose becoming extremely sore as a result. Not a good fit. Her consultant advised her to look on a German medical website for the one she would need. Now much better. Her complaint is nothing to do with snoring, been easier if it was.

I love this apparatus, I can breathe thru my nose again whilst going to sleep. For such a long time, I have been woken up during the night not being able to breathe, thru my nose, as it was completely blocked, a scary feeling in the dead of night. The dilator has helped tremendously, it’s like a miracle. It does take practise to find the correct place for it to nestle, and the higher up the nasal passage you can manoeuvre it into, the better. Do not be afraid of going to high up, it does not hurt, and no damage is done, you will breathe in and out thru the nose, with no sound at all. You’ll wonder why you left it so long to purchase one. It’s a feeling of walking along the beach in the fresh air. Genius piece of rubber sculpture, fits like it was custom made for my nose. I have woken, in the morning a couple of times to find it in bed where I had laid on it. Don’t know why or when it comes out, maybe I had an itchy nose in my sleep and knocked it out, no problem though, as it did not disturb my sleep. Love it, and the price.

This product is very, let’s say, ‘sporty. It is a piece of kit akin to a nose clamp for swimming or earplugs or eyegoggles. It is not a comfy-cozy thing, it is to open and breathe! Take some getting used to, but it definitely works well – and I lie them better than the adhesive strips and all that sticky adhesive.

Having previously bought the non-sport version of the Airmax (which I found worked well but rarely stayed in all night) I thought I’d try the sport version. The sport version aren’t as comfy (they have two small barbs to help keep them in the nose) but they do stay in all night so I’m happy wit them. I currently alternate between sport and non-sport versions on successive nights as I get accustomed to the sport version. If the sport version was as comfy as the non-sport and whilst also staying in all night I’d have given 5 stars.

The packaging said it might take a couple of weeks to get used to these things up your nose but I can’t believe that. The product has edges which are very noticeable when up your nose and on the 4th night of using them they caused me to have a severe nosebleed when I took the dilator out.
Maybe I have particularly narrow nasal passages but I can’t rate them any higher than 1 star
