Was advised by cardio nurse to see my Dr about low iron count and being genaerally run down. With the current difficulty in getting to see a doctor I thought I would try these as an interim solution until I could get an appointment. No need to see doctor, these work, I feel so much better with the effects taking about a week to kick in fully, can’t recommend them enough.

It does not give me any energy and it makes me feel like vominting after the iron

I was getting very ill and thinking it was something serious, resting hart rate 148, out of breath, felt like I was stroking some days.
It turned out that I was anaemic, I tried supermarket iron tablets, and they made me ill.
Seen these on the web and thought I would try these for size.
I wish doctors would just tell the public where and what to buy, like they would in the good old days.
By the way, it was long term use of an inflammatory tablet for pain that caused my iron levels to drop (bleeding stomach)
some people say it takes a good 3 months to get back to good level, but you can tell after a couple of weeks that things are progressing.
I did start with the 14mg per day but upped them to the 25mg.
I’ve now ordered the other ones, ‘active iron for men’
I am seriously feeling better, but will keep taking these.

Notice a big difference after 2 weeks. They are high in strength. Felt less tired and no more aches and pains. Very good.

Generally l have been fine taking them, I’m about halfway through the initial box, so I will see how it goes, l have been a little constipated since taking them.
