For muscle pain and take them every day. Capsule has freeze dried cherries. Very good for your heart and health too.

Have not tried another product to compare, but I don’t feel any effect from these at all. I opened one, it didn’t smell particularly fresh – slightly like stale plasticy packaging, and it didn’t taste overly sour. The colour not vibrant – but again, nothing to compare with. Would not buy again..

I struggle with sleeping soundly during the night. I take two of these one hour before bedtime (along with no screen time) and my sleep quality has improved significantly!

I bought these as they came highly recommend by a friend of mine. He said these can help with inflammation. I bought them, and I can confidently say that they did offer some relief. I will continue to use them and will keep track of how much better I feel following doses. So far, so good!

This is an amazing product, I was sceptical at first when it was recommended to me buy a herbalist. The arthritic pain and swelling in my knees was getting me down till I tried it, the morning after one dose and I felt less tightness in my joints. I got to the stage when I thought I would leave it off, I went for 10 days without the capsules and couldn’t wait to get back on them. They really do work in reducing swelling and relieving pains associated with arthritis and Gout if you can believe it. Amazing capsules and I don’t think I will want to be without them anymore. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have a some pain in my thumb n I have neck problem n don’t want surgery so I decided to take these n after for a few days the pain has gone n I’ve noticed I sleep better not long cos the alarm goes off at 5am lol
