Bought these to see if they can sort out occasional stomach cramps, haven’t any since taking them so, so far so good. Not sure I’d they are something you should take all the time however or if you stomach microobes self maintain..

I suffer with bloating and stomach cramps occasionally and this year after doing a bit of research I decided to invest in some of these supplements to help with gut health.
I went from having the occasional pain and bloating to having more pain and bloating every day since taking these.
On top of that they made my mouth so dry that no amount of water quenched by thirst.
Weren’t for me.

Excellent value for money, way below high street price, and they appear to work for me. Having been in hospital before Christmas, and given an assortment of antibiotics, I felt it necessary to top up my internal flora,. These seem to have gotten everything back to normal. Would buy again from this supplier.
