Worked quite quickly to help ease my chronic sinusitis. Each spray burst gave relief. I would definitely buy this product again.

It’s not super-powerful but it’s natural, subtle and non-addictive. I find it doesn’t work straight away, it takes maybe an hour or so before I can breathe better. I now use it every other day, in combination with a saline rinse using a neti pot. There’s no side effects or rebound.

I’m not sure it’s any good as an actual cure, but what it might do is clear the way a bit to allow the body to fight the underlying infection more efficiently.
Remember to limit use and it can be used as a good way to remove stuffiness on days where you have a bit of a thick head. I use it a few times a day only on my worst days and it does help to relieve me and it does it in a non-irritating way.
So, not a wonder-drug but it has helped.

After taking Sudafed for a few days and still suffering hugely, I ordered these nasal drops they were a godsend. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering from sinusitis they are amazing

It’s basically saline with menthol in it. It is pleasant to use and the menthol isn’t too strong. Easy to spray. However for what it is, it’s very expensive and way over priced. It doesn’t really clear your nose any more than saline water. The bottle is very small. I wouldn’t purchase this again
