It’s not super-powerful but it’s natural, subtle and non-addictive. I find it doesn’t work straight away, it takes maybe an hour or so before I can breathe better. I now use it every other day, in combination with a saline rinse using a neti pot. There’s no side effects or rebound.

I’m not sure it’s any good as an actual cure, but what it might do is clear the way a bit to allow the body to fight the underlying infection more efficiently.
Remember to limit use and it can be used as a good way to remove stuffiness on days where you have a bit of a thick head. I use it a few times a day only on my worst days and it does help to relieve me and it does it in a non-irritating way.
So, not a wonder-drug but it has helped.

It does help but I think my sinuses are blocked and it’s not really helping that really. I’m sure with a cold etc it will be fine. Quick delivery.

So far have found nasal spray effective at clearing my nose, but not long term like the over the counter sprays such as Sinex. Obviously this is because it uses natural ingredients instead of chemicals, which I prefer, but I have noticed since using it my nose feels slightly bunged up again after an hour or so, which it didn’t before, so not sure if long term it’s going to be so good, but at least I know it’s natural and I’m not swallowing chemicals. Overall fairly happy to use it, but will try and keep it for night time use only, as I don’t have severe sinus problems anymore since reducing my dairy intake drastically, which has made a big difference, ( milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, ice cream etc).

Worked quite quickly to help ease my chronic sinusitis. Each spray burst gave relief. I would definitely buy this product again.
