I found these to be ok worked a bit but not as much as other brands on the market

I’ve been on similar prescription medication Bisacodyl, and I take 2 at night, so after reading the comments I took two at the same I usually do. I think these must be a lot stronger, cause I woke up at 6 am with cramps and had to GO, haha. And have been 3 times this morning. So they work, but for me I think one pill is enough.😅
UPDATE: I can’t understand these pills haha, I went down to 1, and worked okay, and then suddenly, 1 wasn’t working, 2 barely was, and 3 not either. So I’m not sure what’s happening

…and is the main ingredient of virtually all of the similar products as this that aim to help ease the effects of constipation.
This company, Galpharm, is a worldwide supplier of ‘over-the-counter’ medicines and also sells some of the most recognised brand names that are, again, worldwide brands.
This small easily swallowed tablet [pill really] has at its heart 5mg of Bisacodyl which is the same [or very similar] to almost all of these types of medication.
As the saying goes “Other brands are available” but for price and efficacy I am happy to use Galpharm 5mg Bisacodyl Overnight Relief from Constipation because it works for me when needed and is not overpriced to support advertising/marketing costs.
Please, for your own safety, read the leaflet that comes with this product before using it.
As you may have guessed – I commend this item and believe it to be good value it works perfectly well for me and on that basis I am very happy to recommend it to you.

good price for a generic version of a well known alternative (dulco)
Tablets are tiny little yellow things and easy to swallow, just don’t drop them, you’ll be searching for hours.
Popped a pill around 10pm, not entirely sure what to expect, the night passed with no issue, the following morning awoke to a bit of wind and some gurgling, but those with digestive problems will know this is nothing unusual…. Anyways, as a precautionary measure I postponed my weekly supermarket trip, just in case, so glad I did… couple of bits of toast for brekkie, cup of tea, popmasters on R2, pretty average morning until……… Around 11:30am, the poo sweats started, and that sudden urge that you need to get to a loo fast, or find a good mop, I ran through the house shouting “code brown” and made it just before declaring a major incident, so much for the gentle relief, I certainly did not exit my property skipping down the drive smiling…. However, I will state that they had the desired affect, everything exited my world quite easily and not a malteser in sight, although a double flush was the order of the day.
I can highly recommend these to achieve an evacuation, but, with the caveats you are not travelling far from a convenience and you have dyno rod on speed dial
