These are great for cooling small burns when you don’t have access to running water. Just smooth the gel over the burn & leave to cool.

I ended up using it on sunburn after I spent a little too much time out in the sun.
however it did save me from it, I didn’t get any of the usual pain and that was a welcome surprise, they come in a nice fairly strong foil sachet which means you can quite easily add a couple into your first aid kit without worrying about getting a odd gel over everything in there.
