Original order never arrived. Contacted seller, no arguments replacement sent straight away.
Product appears as described, hopefully we wont ever need to use it but its a welcome addition to our first aid kit.

Only used on a surface burn so can’t speak for broken surface burns but I’d definitely keep this in my medical kit at all times.
Soothes the burn due to coldness. Keep on with a plaster. Get plenty of product in a sachet

I gave it a 3-star as i have not use it yet. The stock in my first aid kit was depleted when my daughter had a bad scalding so i bought this to replace the used one. Once I got the chance to use it, I will change my review.

These work wonders on oven and iron burns, but also for sunburn. They’re great, and so handy in little sachets.
