It really works, would recommend to anyone who suffers from migraines. Depending on how server your migraine is this could be a substitute for tablets, in some circumstances

I get overwhelmed due to sensory sentivities and these are perfect for calming an early and full-blown headache. I also use this when I am experiencing migraines.
I have put as a 4 star as the adhesion is terrible if you have done any skin-care routine. I typically try to put one strip on at bed-time but after a skincare routine the adhesion is terrible.

Just brilliant and nothing else will touch that headache the Calling nurse and be over to relax I strongly recommend using it in line with meditation and maybe calm and just relax

They do have a cooling effect however if you are sensitive to smell and nauseous during your migraine I do not recommend as they have a strong smell of what I can only describe as mould

Used these a few times before when bothered with tension headaches. Use these at night and the balm version during the day. I do find both work well for me.

Great for helping with migraines. Need to lay down with it on as it doesn’t stay otherwise but cooling and helpful.
