This works however the amount in it is tiny!! I thought it would push up more but it’s only about the depth of a 10p. Not value for money in terms of volume but a life saver for someone like me who hates taking tablets

I suffer badly with headaches and migraines and these are super lovely to rub on the areas where the pain is worst. Great cooling effect.
No 5 stars though, because they remind me of a glue stick, in that when it’s running out there is like a plastic tube that the rub is inside and when it runs low you end up just scraping plastic on your head, even though it seems there’s still plenty of the rub inside that tubey bit still. When it’s no longer usable because of this there seems like there is loads of the stuff still there that just gets wasted as you can’t apply it.

It works as intended. It works too well- so make sure to not use it much otherwise it can make you not be able to feel the pain or anything at all in the area- a little goes a long way.

This is a pain relief rescuer. I tend to suffer with headaches, tension headaches and migraines and I don’t like taking lots of paracetamol. This is a perfect alternative which provides relief within 10 Minutes. Be careful when applying to your temples though- it can make your eyes water!
