With 220mg of caffeine these capsules are ideal for me as a preworkout. If you aren’t used to taking caffeine you might want to proceed with a bit of caution as 220mg is a reasonable high dosage. I also wouldn’t be taking one too close to bedtime. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 30 here and if you stick to one daily then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your training and/or metabolic health.

Due to the high caffeine levels, I’ve been taking these both as a form of pre workout and for work purposes. I’m a shift worker who mainly works night shift so having these tablets have been helpful and they really do help me push through the last few hours of my 12 hour shifts which are usually the toughest.
As for working out, I’ve noticed a difference in energy levels and I’ve noticed I can squeeze out a few more reps when I’ve taken one of these tablets. Decent value for money for a months supply.

My mistake was taking this before a night time gym sesh.
Took half an hour as described. Had a good session at the gym but couldn’t sleep once home even though I know I was tired.
Seems good stuff.

These capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or repeating. My wife recommended keto so I’m giving them a try, but it’s too early to comment on progress although the caffeine has got rid of the excess water. My wife had stomach pains and had to stop taking them. I just hope they work.
