After a small accident, I had a continuous pain in my fingers whenever I’d pick up anything or cook in the kitchen.

In terms of nutrition profile this stacks better than other glucosamine brands I have taken. You get 500mg of chondroitin vs 200mg from other brands.
And you actually get joint helping nutrients in the form of turmeric, curcumin, ginger, msm and bromelain added in.
Each serving is 2000mg so at 2grams you get more powder in the capsules. Great value.

I do have arthritis in knee and tried this product. Really not sure if it has worked as I still need pain relief most days.

Honestly, I was doubtful on whether I should’ve bought these. But I’m glad I did!! I had some pain in my hip when I was walking. But now it’s gone and I can walk pain free. Simply magical!

What you need realise when you are taking this product is that you can’t just use it for a month and expect results. This is for a gradual build-up an improvement and will take 2 to 4 months. The noticing of your improvements is so slight that sometimes you won’t notice it until you stop taking it and your issues are back. But by 4 months You will feel so much better.
