No no no, dont do it to yourself! I took 1 of these yesterday around 4pm, nothing happened, didnt help, was going to take another one before bed but THANK THE LORD I didnt!! I have been up since 4:30am non stop on the toilet! (Sorry it sounds gross but these are constipation tablets so no nice way to say it) my stomach even now has been gurgling like crazy and talking to me! Its now 10:40am, my plans for the day have now been cancelled as im guessing my day will now be spent with my toilet so I better light them candles! My stomach is in alot of discomfort and it comes and goes. If you reaaaaallly need to take these, do it on a weekend if u have no plans and dont be fooled and take 2 because you think they won’t work because after 12 hours mine started to work big time! Honestly wish I just sat and ate a punnet of oranges to help, im having hot sweats and feel like I want to throw up to. DO NOT RECOMMEND, save yourselves these are the devils ring of fire!! Lol

There is no flavour tablets small so you wouldn’t need taste. I took 10mg for 2 days and Walah it works. I had heavy constipation due to medication. Great product and great price. Thank you
