UPDATE ON 17/10/20: Recent blood test shows me at 162nmol/l vitD level. I’m about 190lb/86kg and 5’10”. For context, Maasai farmers in Kenya who work in the sun all day reportedly have one of the best natural vitD levels discovered on the planet, at around 140-150nmol/l. So anyway, this is definitely a legitimate vitamin D product, you can buy with confidence in its contents!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve been happy with this product for quite some time, many repeat purchases. Used specifically as a compliment to my own prescribed Multiple Sclerosis treatment as low VitD is suspected BUT NOT PROVEN to be a possible relevant factor in getting MS. At time of writing (23/03/20) one of these a day is much, much higher dosage than mainstream RDA, but still far below the upper recommended safe limit. Do your own research on EVERYTHING like this though, I’m just a nameless, faceless comment on a product! I do have to raise an eyebrow at why this 12.99 product has suddenly jumped to 15.99 in the last couple of days. Seller wouldn’t be taking advantage of the current emergency health situation, I’m sure. Hmm. I’m sure it’s a total coincidence.

This is a great value vitamin D3/K2 supplement, especially as you only have to take one every other day (I must admit I didn’t notice this at first and assumed it was one a day – this should be stated a bit more prominently in my view). The 120 capsules should therefore last you 240 days or about 8 months.
The capsules come in a small plastic bottle with a sensible screw-top lid (which I much prefer to the sort you have to flip open). They are off-white and fairly small, so easy to swallow with water. I have not noticed any after-taste or other unwanted side effects.
Everyone living in Britain is likely to benefit from D3 supplementation in the autumn and winter at least. That applies especially to older people and people with dark skins, who may not be able to generate as much Vitamin D from sunlight. The dose in these capsules (3000 iu) is comfortably over the Public Health England recommended minimum but also well under the PHE maximum safe limit of 10,000 iu.
I hadn’t heard much about Vitamin K2 before, but apparently it works synergistically with Vitamin D3 to help promote bone health and dental health. There is also some evidence it may help fight cancer. In particular, there are studies showing that a higher intake of K2 is associated with lower rates of advanced prostate cancer among men. As someone who has been treated for prostate cancer myself, that is obviously of particular interest to me.
Overall, then, I highly recommend this supplement if you want to boost your Vitamin D3 intake and gain the additional benefits (which are still the subject of research) of Vitamin K2 as well. Five stars from me.

Originally I didn’t want more than 2000iu vitamin D but couldn’t find any that had K2. These definitely work because I started to feel really Ill after a couple of weeks, that’s because the vitamin D strength doesn’t agree with me, not sure why this happens, so unfortunately I ended up having to buy 2000iu vitamin D and separate K2 supplements.

Vitamin supplements to help boost my levels as they are low through health issues.
Hard to say whether they work as fatigue is a big part of my condition. But they certainly can’t do any harm.
Value for money? Not sure for reasons started above. However I will continue taking as they won’t be don’t any harm. I can’t always get outside in the sun to boost my vit d so these will be helping to a degree
