Nothing I dislike about this amazing gel. Own a cafe and work in the kitchen – don’t know how many times this little gem has come to the rescue! Almost immediate pain relief. No running your hands under cold water. Can’t recommend this enough. Great on sunburn too!

Don’t know if these are effective as haven’t used them yet. I purchased them to stock my emergency first aid kit after getting a 2nd degree burn on Christmas eve for which I didn’t have any burn creams or dressings on hand. Now I am prepared.

Once the heat has been removed by tepid running water and I mean removed, so when you have removed your body part from the water and it doesn’t get hot again this stuff takes away the stinging pain with soothing relief
