Easy to take and easy on stomach

Food supplements are basically used on hearsay and not on the base of any scientific study evaluating their effectiveness or side effects.
Solgar products are generally good but they produce them fulfilling a market demand.
I purchased chromium because I read few comments online. claiming it is beneficial for diabetes, reducing blood sugar. There was also an article by European Food Safety Agency, referenced by few about “safety of chromium picolinate” (not its effect on blood sugar).
I measure my blood sugar regularly, due to high sugar levels (pre-diabetes). I did not see any movement on my blood sugar levels whatsoever, HOWEVER, my blood pressure went ballistic, going up and down and staying up most of the time!
If you have to take Chromium for any reason other than diabetes then you must keep your blood pressure under observation.
