Been using these in my son now for a few months on my son with ADHD I have noticed a slight difference in his concentration. He is only 7yrs old and manages to swallow the tablets fine and has never once said they have a funny taste like he did with other omega 3 tablets.

I used this product to help me when I first contracted a severe viral illness. I took it along with other supplements – mostly vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. I was aware that Professor Hooper believed that the ratio of unstaurated fatty acids in this product was nearer to the optimum than in others. After some years I gave up taking it as it is rather expensive.
Last winter I started taking it again and found that my skin improved and I had hardly any hacks on my fingers unlike the previous winter when both my thumbs were sore almost continually with hacks which were diffucult to heal.

Does any 7yo know how to swallow tablets? Mine struggles to get the tablets down her throat so she ends up chewing them and they aren’t pleasant (not supposed to be). I suppose it’s because they grow up chewing their vitamins. We haven’t been able to get far with this to know if it’s helpful or otherwise for this reason.

Easy to swallow and every effective

My mum used to take this for a long time, she didnt want to be without it. She said it helped her head but I didnt know what that really meant!
Now I take it. I was getting frequent headaches due to poor sleeping habits (sleeping very very late) When I take this it doesnt matter how I sleep. I dont get the headaches. I cant promise it will work for anyone else for the same reason, Each body is different.
The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is I really wish it didnt have a gelatine shell.
