- HOW TO TAKE: Start taking Craving Essence a few weeks before your giving-up date. Adults to take 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required. Children from 2-7 years to take 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Children 7-14 years to take 4 drops in a little water 3 times daily.
