The taste is ok and being chewable is great for those (like me ) who cannot swallow large tablets/capsules, however, the actual amount of calcium is very low, particularly if you have osteoporosis…if you do, then look for something with a more appropriate content (ideally a minimum 500mg per unit.)

the smell its strong as soon as u open the bottle but when i put it in my mouth i liked it cos tastes like lemon my favourite taste.. seems okay i just started to take them as i have joint pain i will see in one month abd gonna rewrite a review. hopefully its gonna help me
