Arrived ahead of schedule. If you have sensitive scalp or need something mild * effective then this has worked well for several years. Not sure if the formula has changed with the new packaging.

The shampoo dries the hair so bad and makes it brittle. Although the shampoo does reduce the appearance of dandruff for two days post wash. the dandruff comes back more than before. I regret buying this. I suppose it would work better for those with oily hair.
